IO Esports are currently running PUBG MOBILE Professional League MY/SG 2020 which will be running for a duration of three weeks long in Malaysia. 24 teams from Malaysia and Singapore will battle it out to emerge as the winner. With US$150,000 prize pool on the line, the teams are set to fight in IO Esports Arena placed in Kuala Lumpur.
As a start, PMPL MY/SG 2020 is the first professional PUBG MOBILE league to take place in an offline venue which will be replacing the original league format. As for its participants, PMPL hosts a number of celebrity players from various teams, which includes ManParang and Fredo from Yoodo Gank, as well as BiuBiu and Madtoi from Team Secret.
With the league to run for three weeks long, the event itself would be live-streamed on PUBG MOBILE’s Facebook page from Tuesday to Sunday starting from 3 pm onwards. And oh, PMPL MY / SG 2020 is on a dual cast for two languages including Bahasa Malaysia and English.
